Privacy

What happens to your files

Read, not kept: An upload is read in memory to extract its text, then discarded. Awraqi has no file storage.
Translation text: To translate, the text is sent to a translation engine over an encrypted connection. Nothing else about you is sent.
Invoices stay in your browser: Drafts, clients, and logos are saved in this browser only. Clearing the browser clears them.
Images stay on the device: Image ↔ PDF, merge, compress, Sign PDF, and Word to PDF run in this browser. PDF to Word sends the file only to extract its text, then discards it.

Limits

What Awraqi does not claim

No hiring-system login: The CV score models how parsers such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, and iCIMS read a file. It is not a result from those systems and not a promise of an interview.
No sworn stamp: The translation is a machine draft with a term list for the document type. You correct it. A sworn or court stamp is issued only by a licensed translator.
No invented experience: Automatic fixes change headings, bullets, dates, the contact line, and weak openers. They never add a job, a skill, or a number.
Converters stay simple: Image to PDF puts each picture on an A4 page. PDF to images saves JPEG pages, twenty at most. Word to PDF keeps the text and a basic layout. PDF to Word rebuilds the text; it does not clone columns, headers, or images. Merge keeps page order. Compress rewrites the file without shrinking photos. Sign PDF lets you draw, type, or drop a mark on the page you choose; it is not a certificate.

Is the CV audit free?

Yes. Upload and read the score, the breakdown, and the fixes at no charge. The $9.99 step is only if you want the ATS-adjusted Word and PDF: one column, standard headings, and stronger wording from the facts you already wrote.

Can I write a CV here from scratch?

Yes. Open the CV builder, fill name, roles, education, and skills, and read the preview as you type. The page is free. The $9.99 step is the ATS Word and PDF. Awraqi does not invent jobs or numbers.

How is the CV score calculated?

Four checks: ATS compatibility, keyword match, formatting, and impact language. The result is their average. The $9.99 file rebuilds the CV as one-column Word and PDF with standard headings and stronger openers from the facts you already wrote.

Can I issue an invoice in Arabic?

Yes. Set the document language to Arabic and the invoice is laid out right to left, whichever language the site is in.

Do you keep my documents?

No. Uploads are read in memory and discarded. Invoice drafts and the CV you type in the builder live only in this browser.
